Message	namely the 10A theft fuse and the headlamp relays. Check stereo hookup (grounds, etc). Aftermarket? Check for shoddy wiring. You have HIDs, did you unseat the low beams by mistake? Is your PS still working? Swap out clusters then try your speed sensor.
